Terms & Conditions — Bali Flower Retreat

1. Application & Reservation

All participants must complete the application process.
Applications are subject to approval and availability.
A reservation is confirmed only after the booking agreement is signed and the required deposit is received.
Each reservation is valid for one participant only. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Participants may not bring additional guests or unregistered individuals to any retreat activities.

Payment amounts, schedules, and deadlines will be specified in the booking agreement.
Participants are responsible for completing payments by the stated deadlines.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including force majeure events. In such cases, participants will be notified and applicable refund arrangements will be communicated.
If the organizers cancel the retreat, all recoverable payments will be refunded to participants. Any costs already paid to third parties that are non-refundable, such as accommodation, venue, or other confirmed arrangements, will be deducted from the refund. Deposits and payments are non-refundable in the event of participant cancellation, unless otherwise specified in the booking agreement.

The organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary due to weather, safety, instructor availability, or operational circumstances.
Significant changes will be communicated to participants.

Participants are responsible for their own flights, travel documents, visas, and travel insurance.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, health, and personal safety throughout the retreat. The organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, or for personal injury, illness, or incidents beyond their reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
The organizers are not responsible for travel disruptions, flight cancellations, or related expenses beyond their control.
Any relevant medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, or special needs must be disclosed in advance.

Participants are expected to treat the instructors, organizers, fellow participants, and local communities with respect.
All participants must respect local cultures, customs, traditions, and applicable laws and regulations of the host country.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or unlawful behavior may result in removal from retreat activities without a refund.

Photography and video recording may take place during selected retreat activities.
Photos and videos may be used by the organizers for marketing, advertising, promotional materials, and social media purposes.
Photos and videos shared on our website, social media, or promotional materials may feature previous floral projects and workshops.
These images and videos are provided for inspiration and reference purposes only. The floral arrangements created during the retreat may differ in design, flower varieties, colors, materials, and overall appearance.
Participants should understand that workshop outcomes are not guaranteed to replicate the reference images exactly, as floral designs may vary depending on seasonal flower availability, materials, and creative direction.

By completing the booking process, signing the booking agreement, and making the required payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
