Our team will review your application. If approved and a space is available, we'll contact you by email within 72 hours.
You'll receive a booking agreement outlining the retreat details, payment schedule, and terms and conditions.
You'll have 48 hours to sign the agreement and submit your USD 1,000 deposit. If we don't receive the signed agreement and deposit within 48 hours, the agreement will expire and your space may be offered to another guest. Your place is confirmed once both the signed agreement and deposit have been received.

No. The retreat welcomes both aspiring and experienced florists, as well as flower enthusiasts who wish to explore the art of floral design.
Yes. Every participant receives their own private room. You will not be required to share a room with another participant.
No. All flowers, floral materials, tools, and equipment required for the scheduled workshops will be provided.
Yes. All floral arrangements created during the workshops are yours to take home. Please consider your travel arrangements when planning how to transport them.
No. Flights to and from Bali are not included. Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights.
Airport transfers are not included. Transportation will be provided for scheduled group activities during the retreat.
First, submit your application. If approved, you'll receive a booking agreement. You'll then have 48 hours to sign the agreement and submit the USD 1,000 deposit to confirm your reservation.
Yes. You can secure your reservation with an initial payment of USD 1,000, with the remaining USD 1,500 due by 1 January 2027.
All payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, as we make advance payments to secure the accommodation, and other retreat arrangements. However, if the retreat must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or other force majeure events, we will refund the costs that can be recovered. Any non-refundable expenses, such as hotel bookings and payment processing fees, will be deducted from the refund.
The exact venue address, arrival instructions, and additional information will be shared with confirmed participants before the retreat.
